Orders are subject to 15% cancellation fee if to cancel after 24 hours from the time the order was received or 25% fee if after 48 hours but before its shipment. All returned and refused shipments by customers will be charged a minimum 30% restocking fee in addition with shipping and storage costs. No returns will be accepted unless processed through our Customer Service department.
Call tags and an RMA will be issued for exceptions as noted in out Terms and Conditions. All other attempted returns will be refused. Any exceptions will be handled on a case by case basis. Replacements for returns are invoiced at the full value and a credit will be issued once nailchats has received and inspected per our policy on the condition of the return. Replacements for freight claims are invoiced at the full value and a credit issued if the customer has complied with the terms for handling freight claims.
Furthermore, due to the high rate of denied freight claims it is imperative that you must note any damages on the delivery receipt. Should anyone request an exchange or return due to freight damage the claim may be denied if the carrier provides us with a clean delivery receipt in which damages were not noted.

Shipping to US
After we received your orders, it will take up to 24 hours to process the transaction. We assumed the information you provided is correct which you will be responsible for all errors that may occur. Shipping will take 1-5 weeks depending on the availability of stock. Special orders may take 4-7 weeks. Delivery will be by freight or airline carriers.
The driver is not responsible from unloading from the back of the truck. The driver gives out only one attempt delivery. Customers will be responsible if re-delivery cost occurred. Shipping is not free for all products unless noted on the product’s description. NAILCHATS.COM will not liable for any damage once merchandises shipped out to a freight forwarder or a non-final destination.
We guarantee our customers will receive their order(s) in the 100% condition. However, unexpected things happen. When receiving your order delivery, customers should inspect all units for any damages. If boxes are damaged from outside, you should take pictures as proofs and write on the report before signing the BOL. If you believe damaged or wrong product(s) is received from what you’ve ordered, you should take pictures as proofs. In those cases you should then contact our customer service departments for replacements at 1.833.677.8899.
